[h=1]2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo Gets R-Spec Treatment for LA[/h]by HYUNDAI IN THE NEWS on NOVEMBER 20, 2013
When the 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo R-Spec was recently revealed at the Los Angeles International Auto Show, the brand’s director of product planning, Scott Margason, noted that: “We’re thrilled to add the Veloster Turbo R-Spec to our growing family of enthusiast-oriented R-Spec models. The R-Spec takes the Veloster theme of affordable performance to an entirely new level that is sure to appeal to driving enthusiasts.”
Even better, that new level actually rests at the lowest price point in the Veloster Turbo lineup. In fact, with an MSRP expected to start at $21,300, the R-Spec model will be $800 less expensive than the most affordable 2013 Veloster Turbo. Plus, that cost includes:
If that sounds good to enthusiasts, they should further note that the car itself will sound pretty good, too. After all, it also adds standard Active Sound Design that provides a richer aural experience for those in the cabin.
Hyundai is expected to start building the 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec this December, with sales scheduled to start in February 2014.
