My suggestion is to look for a new device, considering also the status of the screen which seems to be destroyed.
Apparently you are writing us from India and unfortunately we do not know the level of compatibility between i20 for Europe and i20 for India.

Press "cancel" several times. If nothing happens, disconnect the battery and wait at least 2 hours. Then connect the battery again and restart the system. If the system stucks again, follow the Frengo's advices.
